Good morning.

This is Dr. Lee Mon Won from LEEMOONWONclinic.

Are you enjoying your summer vacation?

I also just came back from my trip abroad.

: Lake Tahoe(California, USA) on sunset. The lake is huge and hashigh waves like a sea.

: High-schoolkids playing beach volleyball, I was impressed by their skills

The time lag with Korea was so great, I haddifficulties adjusting to it. I felt very sleepy at around 6-7 pm, by 11pm Iwas asleep, woke up at 3am and couldn’t fall asleep again. When I woke up Ifelt very tired during the day and couldn’t enjoy my vacation.

That is why I decided to try the Sleep ImprovementMedicine that I took with me just in case.

Sleep improvement medication helps createsleeping rhythm and in this situation it was perfect.

I thought it would be perfect to fallasleep at about 11pm. So I took one dose of medication at 8pm and two more ataround 10pm. I tried to take this medication to adapt faster.

After I took thismedication I could fall asleep at 11pm and woke up at 4am? So I could sleep onehour more. But the best thing is I could fall asleep again in 20-30 minutes andwoke up at around 8pm.

So I took the medicine next day the sameway and the pattern was similar to the first time. This helped me to reduce myfatigue, fell more awake and I could enjoy my vacation. I thought that themedication is very effective.

On the third day I took the medicationagain the same way at 8pm and 10pm. I fell asleep between 11.30 – 12pm and forthe first time I didn’t wake up during the night and woke up at 7am.

Of course I adjusted myself to the timedifference, but I could feel that the medication helped a lot.

I came back to Korea and I have to adjust to the time difference again andI use my sleep improvement medicine.

I’ve learned a lesson that this medication is notonly helpful for insomnia patients, but also for those having jet lag. From nowon I will definitely take it with me every time when I travel.
