Symptoms: Alopecia areata during menopause. In addition to the area of hair loss in the photo, there were about 10 more small spots. The patient had treatment in another clinic, but it did not bring results. The patient came to our clinic to change the method of treatment. In addition to alopecia areata, overall hair loss was increasing. As hair falls out if the hair is pulled around the area of hair loss, the condition is expected to worsen and then improve.

The estimated duration of treatment: 8-12 months.

Actual treatment period: from December 2020 to June 2020

Treatment method: Internal medicine twice a day (RH-1), external medicine once a week (regenerating medicine), an external medicine around and on the area of hair loss once a day (RH-2), hair loss preventing shampoo.
