Symptoms: the third recurrence of alopecia areata, which was treated in another clinic, but the treatment was not successful. The patient came to our clinic to change the method of treatment. During the visit to the clinic, the hair continued to fall out a lot, some parts were dented. In addition to alopecia areata, overall hair loss was increasing. No abnormalities were found in various tests. Therefore, it was diagnosed as an autoimmune alopecia areata.
The estimated duration of treatment: 6-8 months.
Actual treatment period: from August 2020 to March 2020
Treatment method: Internal medicine twice a day (RH-1), injections every two weeks, an external medicine around and on the area of hair loss twice a day (RH-2), hair loss preventing shampoo.
